§ 17-2-9-219. Action of the city manager.

A.

The city manager shall consider the committee's recommendation and shall file a written report with the committee and with the employee making the appeal within ten (10) working days from receipt of the committee recommendation, as to the final disposition of the matter, including any statement or reasons for the action taken.

B.

The action of the city manager shall be final.

C.

The action is to be implemented immediately by the city manager.
