§ 19A-2-1-208. Compliance.

The areas of special flood hazard shall be established by the following data sources that are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this article:
1.

A scientific and engineering report by FEMA entitled, "The Flood Insurance Study for Comanche County, Oklahoma and Incorporated Areas" dated July 20, 2009, with the accompanying Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM);

2.

A Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) report by Robert B. Hendrick & Sons Co., Inc., entitled "Letter of Map Revision Narrative: Oak Ridge Lake" dated October 27, 2015, with the accompanying annotated FIRM.
