§ 2-1-1-105. Filing period for municipal office.

The filing period for candidates filing for municipal office shall be for a period of three (3) days commencing on a Monday and ending on the succeeding Wednesday on the dates and during the hours set forth in the city council resolution calling the election in conformance with the deadline set forth in the annual election calendar established by the Oklahoma State Election Board as published by the Comanche County Election Board.
