§ 5-4-404. Permit required for large, small animals—Restriction.

A.

No person shall keep, own, maintain, use or have in his possession any small animals or large animals within the city except as provided in this chapter.

B.

No person shall ride or walk large animals on the private property of another without authorization from the private property owner to do so.
