§ 5-5-502. Licenses not transferable and fee waiver.

A.

No city animal license or special handler's permit issued under this chapter shall be transferable.

B.

City of Lawton residents who are sixty-five (65) years of age or older may obtain an "A" license for a cat or dog at no cost provided all required documentation is provided. The "B" license, kennel or special handler's license fee will apply to such residents, unless the "B" license holder is exempt from the renewal fee as provided by Section 5-5-501 A.2.
