§ 7-26-1-2602. Location—Traffic code.

A.

Except as provided in subsection B of this section, no charitable organization, person, group, organization or association of individuals shall hold or conduct a car wash within the city.

B.

A charitable organization may hold or conduct car washes within the city provided that the location of the car wash is equipped and has an installed combination of grit and grease interceptor as required for commercial car washing business as provided in this code.

C.

Any person conducting, participating, engaging or assisting in any manner in a car wash shall comply with the traffic code of the city as provided in chapter 23 of this code.
