§ 7-27-1-2702. Application for license.

Latest version.

An application for a license for a bed and breakfast establishment shall furnish to the city the following information:
A.

Full name and address of the applicant.

B.

The location at which the proposed bed and breakfast establishment is to be located, with both address and legal description.

C.

A site plan of the proposed location indicating the size of the property, building location, parking areas, access to parking areas, proposed building addition and modifications, a floor plan of the building and any other information relating to the operation of the establishment.
