§ 7-27-1-2703. Review of application.

  • A.

    Upon each application for a bed and breakfast establishment, appropriate investigations shall be made or conducted to determine:

    1.

    If city ordinances concerning planning and zoning are complied with, and the findings reported in writing;

    2.

    If the bed and breakfast establishment has been licensed in accordance with this article, and the findings reported in writing;

    3.

    If city ordinances concerning fire and safety are complied with, and the findings reported in writing;

    4.

    If city ordinances concerning building and safety are complied with, and the findings reported in writing;

    5.

    If city ordinances concerning health and safety are complied with, and the findings reported in writing.

    B.

    If all the required conditions have been met as determined by data in the records of the city, the code enforcement official will initial the application thereby authorizing approval.
