§ 7-27-1-2707. Grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of a bed and breakfast establishment license.

A license to operate a bed and breakfast establishment, as provided for by this article, may be denied, suspended, or revoked by the city attorney for violation of or failure to comply with any of the provisions of this article. Determination of the severity of the violation, and whether or not a denial, suspension, or revocation is warranted, shall be made by the city attorney.
