§ 7-28-1-2802. Application for registration.

  • A.

    An applicant for a registration for a home occupation shall furnish to the city the following information:

    1.

    Full name and address of applicant.

    2.

    Description of the home occupation.

    3.

    Name of home occupation.

    4.

    A sketch drawn to scale identifying the following:

    a.

    Lot dimensions.

    b.

    Location and square footage of all structures on the subject property.

    c.

    Location and size of driveway and any existing paved area.

    d.

    Area of the structure(s) to be utilized for the home occupation.

    B.

    The individual registering must submit a revised application and site plan if there are any changes to the home occupation as described and approved on the original application.
